A little history

Founded in 2009, Breugem Beer started as a social enterprise, and today, we proudly brew craft beer with a social mission. That’s why all our beer names are named after typical social interactions, like; Zoentje, High Five and Man Hug. Try them for yourself!

What makes us special? It’s not just the killer beers. We’re all about embracing diversity and creating a space where people with mental disorders, physical challenges, and big smiles can find meaningful work. At Breugem, everyone’s welcome – regardless of your background, color, or preference.
